Application Process

Living Stones Fellowship is a network of related ministries. We believe there are other "God called" fellowships, organizations, and associations of which Living Stones Fellowship, Inc. is one of many.

Living Stones Fellowship began in Duluth, MN as "Lakeside New Life Assembly of God" in 1980 when about 50 adults and children from Glad Tidings Assembly of God teamed up with John Krhin and his young family. During the first several years the church changed from a pastor/board led congregational form of government to an elder type of government, embracing the five-fold ministry as described in Ephesians 4 and modeled throughout the New Testament. During this process the church also began to expand by accepting the oversight of two other struggling Assembly of God churches in Duluth, namely Cornerstone A/G and Fellowship A/G.

With the ministry team growing to include 7 elders and 7 deacons these churches merged in 1997 to form "Living Stones Fellowship". Since then the church has renewed its vision to win the lost, disciple the saints, raise up succeeding generations of leaders, and multiply its presence into all the world. The new Duluth site has been named the " House of Refuge". Living Stones Fellowship in Side Lakes, MN is known as the "House of Praise". Living Stones is in the process of launching a new congregations in Nashwauk, MN and other future communities, as God enables.

Recent developments see Living Stones Fellowship unfolding as a regional influence and beyond. The School of Ministry, the Pure Gospel Network, You Are The Temple and other expressions of related ministries are providing a framework helping Living Stones Fellowship bring the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world and making disciples as we go.
